    1. Agreement to Terms

    By engaging our services or accessing our website, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any provision, please do not use our services.

    2. Scope of Services

    We provide holiday lighting installation, removal, storage, maintenance, design consultation, and related services in Castle Rock, Douglas County, and the Front Range.

    3. Estimates, Bookings & Acceptance

    We'll provide a detailed estimate (written or verbal). Acceptance—via written signed agreement or digital confirmation—forms a binding contract. Any deviations must be agreed upon in writing.

    4. Payment Terms

    • A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
    • The remaining balance is due upon completion of installation.
    • Late or declined payment may incur:
      • Service delays or discontinuation.
      • A processing fee (e.g., $35).

    5. Customer Responsibilities

    • Provide accurate site information, access, and necessary permissions.
    • Take care not to damage decorations or tamper with installations during the display period (e.g., pets, weather, additional user interference).
    • Notify us promptly of any issues.

    6. Liability & Limitation of Service

    We are not liable for damage caused by:

    • Weather conditions (e.g., high winds, blizzards).
    • Animal interference, homeowner tampering, or other third-party actions.
    • Unexpected site changes post-estimate.

    Liability is limited to the cost of the specific service provided unless otherwise stated.

    7. Intellectual Property

    All designs, images, and materials remain our property. Customers may not redistribute or reproduce without written permission.

    8. Cancellations & Policy Changes

    • Deposits are generally non-refundable, as they secure scheduling.
    • We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms. Updates will include a new "Last Updated" date.

    9. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by Colorado law, and disputes will be resolved in Colorado courts (or arbitration if agreed).
